Hands down, the best Pressure Washing company I have ever dealt with! They did an excellent job and they did much better than any Pressure Washing company has ever done here as well as being very affordable and fair! Both myself and my father were pleasantly surprised with how well of a job they did- and also for such a large home, in just one afternoon! We've dealt with a lot of Pressure Washing companies for our home in 40+ years and this is definitely the best one we've ever done business with! Dirty South Pressure Washing was cautious, courteous and respectful. They were extra careful when using the chemicals on my home's gutters & siding and they made sure to wash off all chemicals when he was done as well as making sure to mind the grass, sprinklers, etc.! They did our entire driveway (front & back), our pool wall (both sides), a small sidewalk and all of the gutters/aluminum siding including the 2nd floor dormers on our main home and our separate garage as well as the brick all around the house/garage too... and, it was all done in just one afternoon! Every single inch of our nearly 3,000 sq. ft home looks so good now! I have to admit, I was a bit iffy on how clean they could get everything- especially considering the rust stains on the brick and yellowish discoloring on our gutters/siding as well as grime, dirt and algae-like stains. But still, they got it all and it looks so much better... like new in many areas! I would recommend Dirty South to anyone. Not only are they very professional, but he takes his time, does all the work needed very thoroughly and for a very fair price. Dirty South just got themself a customer for life. A++

I was very happy with Dirty South’s service. Anthony took the time to answer my questions. They use a dilute solution of trisodium phosphate (TSP) to clean and it did a good job but it did leave the area smelling of bleach. I’m not sure if the runoff from this cleanser is more or less harmful to the environment than say Borax. I cannot argue with its effectiveness. Other than concern for the environment and long term exposure for workers using TSP I am very pleased with the work they did. The house and the driveway look good and they knocked down the insect nests that were there.

From the first in person quote Steve and his brother were super professional and thorough when they stopped by. With the issues we were dealing with they were quick to try out different options and gave me a fair price with a promise to get it looking brand new. They did not disappoint!!! We had BAD bugs and spider nests on back of house and it looks brand new once they left. They even cleaned the screen lanai and are just so knowledgeable about what to use and where. I can't recommend them enough if you are in need of pressure washing!!
Steve came out to pressure wash my driveway and seal my pavers for my Lanai. They were on time, responsive, and competitively priced. And the Lanai looks great after the sealing. Will use them again and recommend to anyone who asks.

The guys from Dirty South did a fantastic job. They pressure washed almost every square inch of my house to include brick pavers, pool cage/screen, soffit/fascia, driveway, walkway, brick oven, and other problem spots. I have three kids and before the quarantine we pretty much lived in my car going from activity to activity. My car was such a mess with food spills from take out to dirt and sand.
